But where do you start?

Our team is uniquely equipped to help a first-time seller or a long-term investor navigate the ever-changing Vancouver market. We have systems in place, paired with expert advice, to make sure the process of your purchase is made with minimal stress and tailored to your financial goals. Your relationship with money, real estate, and your home starts with a deeper understanding of your short and long-term goals. What should you expect?

Here are some of the steps when deciding to sell your home: 

  1. Evaluation/ Pricing
    • We will visit your home and give you a comprehensive analysis. Setting the price point of your home is one of the most important aspects of the home selling process that you will undertake. Your Real Estate Agent should be able to explain to you the multitude of factors influencing pricing including competitive pricing, current market stats, and of course the estimated value of your home. We are happy to be your most trusted advisors during this process. 
  1. Getting your Home Ready
    • Together with a stager, we will walk through your home to see if any upgrades, such as repairs or staging, could be made so the value of your home is maximized. 
  1. Marketing
    • The next step will be to sign a Listing Agreement, which gives your REALTOR® permission to post your property on MLS (Multiple Listing Service). They’ll then begin marketing your home through a variety of mediums — digital and traditional — and inform other REALTORS® (representing buyers) that your property is on the market. We will have professional photos, videos, floorplans, and custom design feature sheets ready to go before we list the property. 
  1. On the Market
    • Once the marketing material is ready, we will list your home onto MLS as well as promote it in our network via social media and within our network of realtors. 
  1. Communication/Feedback
    • It is important once your home is on the market that we are consistently communicating with you regarding showings and feedback. Communication is extremely important to our team and we work diligently to have communication channels open between ourselves and our clients. 
  1. Offers
    • We guide you through the offer process and walk you through the negotiations to achieve the highest price for your home. When an offer is accepted, we make sure that all the questions that come up during the subject period are dealt with promptly and with care. 
  1. Organization
    • We help you coordinate with your lawyer and your bank to ensure all documents are in order before closing. We also help you find the right people for last minute repairs or cleaning services to ensure a stress-free key hand off.
  1. Closing
    • When the closing date arrives, we help you with key transfer and ensuring everything goes as planned. 
  1. Celebrations are in Order 
    • Congratulations! With the sale of your home complete, you can now begin looking for your next door.
